1. Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout these Terms & Conditions:

Term	Definition

"Member" / "You"	Any individual who has registered a verified account on the Platform and uses any service offered thereon.
"Account"	The registered and verified user profile created by a Member on the Platform, through which all gaming and financial transactions are conducted.
"Wallet"	The account balance held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) associated with a Member's Account, from which wagers are placed and to which winnings are credited.
"Bonus Funds"	Non-cashable promotional credits granted to a Member's Account subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring Members to submit government-issued identification and supporting documents before withdrawals are processed.
"Restricted Activities"	Any conduct prohibited under Section 10 of these Terms & Conditions, including fraud, collusion, abuse of bonuses, and use of automated betting software.
"Force Majeure"	Any event beyond pin77's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, internet outages, payment processor failures, and cyber-attacks.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on the Platform, clicking any "Accept", "Agree", or "Confirm" button during registration, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus-specific terms and conditions published on pin77.

These Terms & Conditions take effect from the date of your account registration and remain in full force for as long as your account remains open or you access any service on the Platform.

3. Eligibility

To register an account and use pin77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or entity accounts are not permitted.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. pin77 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held will be returned to the original payment method after an investigation period.
• You must hold the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on pin77 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pin77, its affiliated companies, or its licensed game providers.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited at the individual user level.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended Account on pin77. Only one account per person is permitted at all times.

4. Account Registration

To access gaming services on pin77, you must complete the account registration process in full. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian phone number — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• The name on your pin77 account matches the name on your bank account(s) and/or e-wallet(s) used for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatches may cause withdrawal delays or rejections.
• You will not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

pin77 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires submission of:

• A clear copy of a valid, government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, or valid passport).
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for transactions (e.g., a screenshot of the account details page showing your name and account number).
• Any additional documentation pin77 reasonably requests to satisfy its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.

pin77 aims to complete KYC review within two (2) business days of receiving a complete documentation set. Accounts with incomplete or unverified KYC status may have withdrawals held until verification is complete.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pin77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available — pin77 strongly recommends this for all accounts.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify pin77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

pin77 reserves the right to suspend or lock any account that shows signs of unauthorized access or suspicious activity pending a security review. During any such review, deposits and withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

6. Deposits

All transactions on pin77 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied and no conversion fees are charged at any stage of the deposit process.

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

pin77 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

6.2 Deposit Processing

• Deposits are credited to your Wallet within seconds of payment confirmation under normal operating conditions.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended.
• pin77 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency transfers, or international wire transfers.
• Deposits made in error (e.g., incorrect reference number) should be reported to support immediately. pin77 will make reasonable efforts to trace and credit such deposits but cannot guarantee recovery in all cases.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to all Members who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. All withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit (or to an alternative verified method where the original method is no longer available).

7.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

• Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI): Typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during normal operating hours. Processing times during Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Natal) may be extended.
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed on the withdrawal page within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals may only be made to accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be rejected.
• pin77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems high-value or otherwise requiring enhanced due diligence.
• Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable and are not included in withdrawal calculations until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Where a Member has deposited but not placed any wagers, pin77 reserves the right to apply a processing fee on the withdrawal of the unplayed deposit amount to cover payment transaction costs.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

pin77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to Members who have completed account registration and, where specified, made a qualifying deposit.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• pin77 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. As a general rule, live casino games and sportsbook bets may contribute at a different rate from slot games.
• Bonuses claimed through fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or any form of bonus abuse will be forfeited in full, and the relevant account(s) will be subject to immediate suspension.
• pin77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are offered in Indonesian Rupiah and all wagering requirement calculations are denominated in IDR.

9. Gameplay Rules

pin77 offers a range of gaming products including a sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and poker tournaments. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All games and betting markets offered on pin77 use certified random-number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino games, are operated by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live.
• The result of any completed game round or settled bet is final. pin77 will not reverse a settled result except in cases of verified technical error or clear manifest error by pin77 itself.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round (e.g., disconnection, platform error), pin77 will make reasonable efforts to determine the correct outcome based on available game server data. Where the outcome cannot be determined with certainty, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply across all gaming products and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• pin77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stake levels that result from a technical error, pricing error, or data feed error, regardless of whether the bet has been accepted and confirmed.
• Sportsbook bets may be subject to additional product-specific rules, including rules governing mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, live in-play betting, and Asian Handicap markets. These rules are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pin77. Engaging in any Restricted Activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform (whether in your own name or under a different identity).
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in ways that are not sanctioned by pin77.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability, pricing error, or software bug for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members, including coordinated betting or chip-dumping in poker games.
• Depositing or transacting with funds that are the proceeds of unlawful activity, or using the Platform in any manner that constitutes money laundering.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measure implemented by pin77.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to misrepresent your geographic location.
• Engaging in any form of communication that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward pin77 staff or other Members via any channel.

11. Responsible Gaming

pin77 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We provide a suite of self-management tools accessible directly from your account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, temporary cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. We strongly encourage all Members to use these tools proactively.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the pin77 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, and any other materials — is the property of pin77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of pin77.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pin77 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or accuracy of odds and game outcomes.

pin77 shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services caused by a Force Majeure event.
• Any unauthorized access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any technical failures, latency issues, or data transmission errors attributable to the Member's own internet connection or device.
• Any loss arising from a Member's reliance on information published on the Platform that contains an error or inaccuracy.

Where pin77's liability cannot be excluded by law, pin77's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Account Termination

14.1 Termination by the Member

You may close your pin77 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the minimum withdrawal threshold being met.

14.2 Termination by pin77

pin77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A Member is found to have engaged in any Restricted Activity as defined in Section 10.
• A Member fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• pin77 determines that continuing to operate the account would place pin77 in breach of any applicable law, regulation, or licensing condition.
• A Member's behavior toward pin77 staff or other Members is abusive, threatening, or otherwise unacceptable.

In the event of account termination for cause, pin77 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected Restricted Activity.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pin77 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits pin77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or security infrastructure.

16. Amendments to These Terms

pin77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, pin77 will notify active Members via the email address registered on their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date.
